Only naturally fallen leaves are used in our manufacturing process. We maintain the natural ecosystem as it is.
Multiple levels of washing is done with fresh water depending upon the quality and condition of the leaves.
Washed leaves are then passed through heated metal mould to create different containers in different shapes and sizes
Once the product is moulded, quality control process is exercised where its edges are trimmed and defective products are segregated and isolated
Finished products are then sterilized in a sterilization apparatus for maximum hygiene and cleanliness.
Once the manufacturing process is completed, products are then packaged for export to different parts of the world.
Consumers use our products for many purposes such as food serving, dessert platters, dinner plates, side plates, dish bowls etc. Pick ‘A Leaf products are available in different shapes and sizes and for various applications.
Once used, these single-use biodegradable products could be disposed without any worries that they may pollute the environment.
Pick A’Leaf single-use containers are compostable and will harmlessly blend back and work as green manure to the soil.
